Saboda wurare daban-daban na aikace-aikacen da bukatun aiki,simintin gyare-gyare na kayan aiki daban-dabanna iya buƙatar yin gwajin matsa lamba don kimanta aikinsu da amincin su ƙarƙashin takamaiman yanayin matsa lamba. Gwajin hydrostatic da gwajin huhu sune hanyoyin gwajin matsa lamba na gama gari, galibi ana amfani da su don bincika ƙarfi da ƙarfin ɗaukar bututun, kayan aiki ko kwantena.
1. Gwajin Hydrostatic
Gwajin matsin lamba na Hydrostatic hanya ce ta gwajin matsa lamba wacce ke amfani da ruwa azaman matsakaicin gwaji. Yawancin lokaci ana amfani da shi don gwada juriya na matsa lamba da rufe kayan aiki kamar bututun mai, tasoshin matsa lamba, tukunyar jirgi, tankunan ajiya,bawuloli da famfo, da dai sauransu karkashin matsin aiki.
Ka'idar Aiki:
Ta hanyar cika kayan aiki ko bututun ruwa, sannu a hankali ƙara matsa lamba na ruwa zuwa sau 1.5 zuwa 2 na ƙirar aiki matsa lamba (yawanci za a sami daidaitattun buƙatun), kuma kiyaye shi na ɗan lokaci (yawanci mintuna 30 zuwa ƴan sa'o'i) zuwa duba ko akwai ɗigogi, faɗaɗa ko wasu matsaloli.
Makullin gwajin hydrostatic shine tabbatar da cewa ruwan bai ƙunshi kumfa ba yayin gwajin (ba a yi amfani da iska ko iskar gas da aka matsa), saboda rashin daidaituwa na ruwa yana sa magudanar ruwa cikin sauƙi a samu.
Amfani:
Ruwa ba ya faɗaɗa yayin gwajin, don haka zai iya haifar da ingantaccen sakamako na gwaji na damuwa.
Ruwa yana da ƙarfi, mai sauƙin samu kuma mai ƙarancin farashi.
Zai fi kyau samun ƙananan ɗigogi.
Rashin hasara:
Ana buƙatar magudanar ruwa da tsaftacewa yayin gwajin, wanda zai iya haifar da sharar gida ko ƙarin matsalolin aiki.
Bai dace da wasu kayan aikin da ke da sauƙin lalacewa ko ruwa ya shafa ba.
Yanayin aikace-aikacen:
Gwajin matsin lamba na bututu, tukunyar jirgi, tankunan ajiya, da sauransu.
Binciken kayan aiki a masana'antu kamar mai, gas, da sinadarai.


2. Gwajin huhu
Gwajin matsa lamba na pneumatic hanya ce da ke amfani da iskar gas (yawanci matsewar iska ko nitrogen) azaman matsakaicin gwaji. Ana amfani da wannan gwajin sau da yawa don kayan aikin da ba su dace da ruwa ba ko kuma waɗanda ke buƙatar gwadawa a ƙananan yanayin zafi.
Ka'idar Aiki:
Cika kayan aiki ko bututun iskar gas, sannu a hankali ƙara ƙarfin iskar gas, kuma saka idanu kan ma'aunin matsa lamba don tabbatar da cewa kayan aikin na iya jure ƙayyadaddun matsakaicin matsakaicin aiki.
